Shameer is a delivery manager at Actalent with nearly 20 years of engineering and management experience across the automotive, industrial products, medical and consumer products sectors. He specializes in technical solutioning for software and systems engineering services, project management, hardware and systems architecture and quality management system process development. Shameer excels at building and leading teams of hardware and systems engineers to successfully deliver complex projects.

He earned a bachelor's degree in electronics and communication engineering from Cochin University of Science and Technology in India. He has also completed the Executive General Management Programme (EGMP) from IIM Bangalore and is a Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certified professional. Throughout his career, Shameer has contributed to research initiatives and holds a patent for the design of a circuit used in industrial field controllers at automotive manufacturing plants. The technology enables the control of robotic arms and sensors, supporting advanced automation in manufacturing environments.
