Before joining Actalent, Dara held positions at other Allegis Group companies, where she built a strong foundation in recruitment strategy, account management and team development. Her career has been shaped by a commitment to excellence, adaptability and a passion for connecting people with purpose-driven work.

She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from The University of Pittsburgh.

Outside of work, Dara is a proud wife to her husband of nearly 18 years and a devoted mom of two children and their Bernese Mountain Dog.
