Tom Kelly, Actalent Leader

Tom Kelly

PRESIDENT

As president of Actalent, Tom Kelly leads a global team of dedicated professionals who help Fortune 500 companies advance their engineering and sciences initiatives through services and talent solutions.

Tom began his career with Allegis Group in 1994, holding various roles in financial operations before he was promoted to vice president of client delivery at Aerotek, where he drove growth and account management for some of the world's largest brands. In 2008, Tom joined Allegis Group’s Major, Lindsey & Africa, as chief financial officer. Tom provided financial insight to the company’s international business as it grew in service offerings and geography, while maintaining financial growth. Tom returned to Aerotek two years later as chief financial officer. In 2020, he was promoted to president and has served in that role since.

Believing organizational success occurs when leaders take care of their team, Tom employs a people-first strategy. He is passionate about helping people identify the role where their passions and talent meet.

Tom holds a B.S. in accounting from Mount Saint Mary’s University.

Stacey Jenkins, Actalent Leader

Stacey Jenkins

Chief Financial Officer

As chief financial officer of Actalent, Stacey oversees the financial performance and strategic growth for the company.

An innovative and strategic leader with more than 25 years of diverse industry experience, Stacey has held key operational and corporate leadership roles since joining Allegis Group in 1998. She spent 15 years overseeing financial strategy and performance for Actalent’s sister company, Aerotek. Later, as vice president of strategic delivery, Stacey led Aerotek’s centralized delivery operations and developed innovative solutions to help customers meet complex human capital challenges. She was promoted to chief financial officer at Aerotek in 2020 and has held that position since.

Stacey now oversees the financial strategy, financial performance and strategic planning for Actalent. She works closely with leadership to ensure operational efficiency across business units and manages teams that develop and implement processes to drive productivity and performance.

Passionate about developing others, Stacey mentors emerging leaders and serves on the executive committee and board of Junior Achievement of Central Maryland. Recognized three times on Staffing Industry Analysts’ Global Power 150 — Women in Staffing list, Stacey is celebrated for her people-first approach and commitment to building inclusive, high-performing teams.

Mark Cooper

Vice President, Actalent Services

Mark has built his career around developing people, serving clients, and creating innovative capabilities and solutions. As vice president of business development and operations for Actalent Services, he focuses on driving growth and supporting the success of both clients and teams.

With more than 35 years of domestic and international sales and operational leadership, Mark has played a key role in shaping our engineering and sciences services strategy and capabilities.

Since joining Allegis Group in 1988, he has held a variety of customer-facing and leadership roles for multiple operating companies within Allegis Group. For the past 16 years, his work has focused on advancing our engineering and sciences services business.

Suzanne Sanborn

Executive Director, Finance, Actalent Services

Suzanne has dedicated more than 30 years to helping organizations define and execute finance‑related initiatives and plan for sustainable growth. She joined Allegis Group in 1996 and has since held a variety of roles within the finance and operations teams across multiple operating companies.

For the past 20 years, she has led services business lines, with the last 15 years focused specifically on the evolution of Actalent Services, our engineering and sciences services business. Suzanne partners closely with leadership to drive operational efficiency across the organization. She currently oversees budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and strategic planning, and she leads teams that deliver essential operational support by developing and implementing processes that enhance productivity and performance.

Suzanne works collaboratively across the company to accelerate business growth and deliver exceptional service to clients and colleagues. Inspired by our purpose of creating opportunity, she is passionate about leading teams and helping people grow their careers.

Actalent leader, Kamlesh Sharma

Kamlesh Sharma

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Kamlesh Sharma is the director of client operations for Actalent in India, where he leads business growth and transformation across the country. With more than 20 years of global experience across the United States, Europe and the Asia Pacific region, he brings deep expertise in growth strategy, transformation and operational leadership.

His vision, people-first approach and passion for operational excellence play a key role in expanding Actalent’s engineering services in India and strengthening the company’s commitment to engineering excellence.

Kamlesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Manipal Institute of Technology and completed the Executive General Management Program at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.

Tamilselvan Sankaran (Selvan)

Director, Technical Operations

Tamilselvan Sankaran (Selvan) is a director of project management services at Actalent Services India. He is responsible for building a strong Project Management offering in India and delivering a comprehensive suite of project, program and supply chain management services across sectors such as utilities, product manufacturing and construction.

Selvan has been an integral part of Actalent Services for the past 15 years. He has played a key role in shaping our delivery operations—from guiding the organization through its formative stages to supporting its continued growth and evolution.

Thiagarajan Ramanthan

DIRECTOR, FINANCIAL OPERATIONS

Thiagarajan Ramanthan is the director of financial operations for Actalent in India. With over 27 years of experience in finance and accounting, Thiagarajan has handled multiple functional areas across the finance department including financial planning and analysis, pricing, management information systems, controllership, operations, taxation, mergers and acquisitions, and full-cycle enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation in both manufacturing and service industries.

At Actalent, Thiagarajan oversees the finance and business operations teams, leading financial performance and business support. Thiagarajan is a qualified cost management accountant and associate company secretary and holds a bachelor's degree in physics from Pondicherry University.

Raajorshi Ghosh (Raaj)

Director, Human Resources

Raajorshi Ghosh (Raaj) is the director of human resources for Actalent Services India. He is responsible for driving the people and talent management strategy, including employee development and cultural leadership, across all Actalent offices in India.

Raaj plays a pivotal role in shaping an inclusive, high-performance culture and leads initiatives in talent retention, capability building, total rewards and employee engagement. He focuses on creating a growth-driven culture and advancing HR programs that empower employees and strengthen organizational performance.

Over years, Raaj has led people initiatives for organizations across India, focusing on building strong workplaces, improving employee engagement and enabling team success. He has designed and implemented HR programs that align with business growth while prioritizing employee well-being.

Rajesh Verma Kinnera

Director, Talent Operations

Rajesh Verma Kinnera is the director of talent operations at Actalent Services India. In this role, he develops and executes strategies to attract top, diverse talent to the organization while mentoring high‑performing teams to deliver results that support long‑term business success.

He brings extensive experience from the supply chain, consulting and professional services sectors, where he led strategic initiatives to attract and recruit exceptional talent. By leveraging data‑driven insights and scalable solutions, Rajesh has consistently advanced organizational growth and strengthened talent capabilities.

Actalent leader, Pramad Nallari

Pramad Nallari

Global Practice Director, Systems & Software

Pramad Nallari serves as global director of Actalent's systems and software engineering practice. He has worked in the area of software development in embedded systems for more than two decades, with many years of experience in the automotive industry. Pramad joined Actalent in 2014 as practice manager, prior to which he served as manager of development strategy and planning for Omron, where he managed a global software development team responsible for developing electronic controllers for all major automotive original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). His work experience also includes positions at Delphi Automotive Systems, Eastman Kodak, and Xerox. Pramad earned his bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Nagarjuna University.

He received his master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and his Master of Business Administration from Indiana University. He is also a Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance.

Michael Kurtz

Global Practice Director, MM&E

Michael Kurtz serves as global director of Actalent's manufacturing, mechanical and electrical engineering services practice. With a focus on the automotive, food and beverage, industrial equipment, and medical device industries, Michael leads cross-functional teams supporting product design and development throughout the production lifecycle.

Michael earned his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Iowa, also graduating with a minor in business. He has three patents for innovations he has made in both automotive and food/beverage equipment.

Actalent leader, Ryan Cross

Ryan Cross

Global Practice Director

Ryan Cross, PE, is Director of Actalent's Global Transmission, Distribution and Grid Automation Practices. He has more than 23 years of experience designing and leading projects for electric utilities. Projects included substations, protection and controls, distribution (overhead and underground) and transmission (overhead and underground). Voltages range from 4.16 kV to 345 kV. Areas of expertise include substation design, underground transmission line, FAC-008 site inspections, project management and NERC compliance. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology, 2001 and a Master of Business Administration from Webster University. He is a licensed professional engineer in 10 states. He is a senior member of the IEEE — Power Engineering Society and a member of both the National Society of Professional Engineers and Missouri Society of Professional Engineers.

Actalent leader, Nate Kessen

Nate Kessen

Director, Delivery Operations

Nate Kessen brings more than a decade of experience at Actalent. During his tenure, he has held several key roles, including senior manager, account manager, delivery manager, recruiting manager and technical recruiting lead.

Nate has extensive experience leading and directing cross‑functional teams to deliver projects for Actalent’s off‑highway construction equipment, automotive, medical device and consumer products clients. He partners closely with Actalent’s Technical Product Development, Corporate Operations, Sales, and Support Services teams to ensure organizational needs are met and delivered to best‑in‑class standards.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Northern Illinois University.

Actalent leader, Srivatsan Jayaramasundaram

Srivatsan Jayaramasundaram (Sri)

Services Leader, Quality Service & Delivery Head, Systems and Software

Srivatsan Jayaramasundaram (Sri) is the delivery head of Actalent Services India’s System and Software and also leads the organization’s Quality Management Consulting Services. With more than 27 years of experience in automotive embedded software and global delivery operations, he brings deep expertise in driving quality excellence across complex engineering environments.

Sri is highly skilled in implementing industry‑recognized frameworks such as ISO 26262, ASPICE and CMMI to ensure compliance, reliability and robust engineering practices. Passionate about continuous improvement, he focuses on building scalable processes, reducing defects and fostering a strong culture of quality across teams.
