He has advanced knowledge of gas distribution systems, electrical distribution and electric transmission systems. His certifications include OSHA 30 and Construction Quality Control for Contractors Certification (UCACE). Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Design and Planning. University of Washington.
